Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept standard returns on food products because of hygiene and safety concerns. However, if there is a problem with your order—such as damage, spoilage in transit, or you received the wrong item—we’ll make it right. Please read the policy below:
Issue Reporting Window
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you need to report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.
To start a claim

Photos or short video clearly showing the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, spoiled product, wrong item)

A brief description of what went wrong
If your claim is accepted, we’ll reply with next steps. In most cases for valid claims, we offer a replacement or a full refund—you can choose which you prefer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged during delivery

The product appears spoiled or compromised

You received an incorrect item
Provide photo evidence and your order details so we can evaluate and resolve quickly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because these are perishable food products made fresh for you, the following are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund unless explicitly covered under “Damages and issues” above:

Items you changed your mind about

Items that have been opened or partially consumed (unless there is a quality issue shown within the reporting window)

Orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
If you’re unsure about a specific case, reach out and we’ll review it.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different product because yours was incorrect or unsatisfactory (and the issue is approved), the fastest way is:

Report the issue and get confirmation from us.

We’ll either send a replacement directly or ask you to place a new order with a refund/credit applied as agreed.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your claim and inspected the evidence:

If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We will notify you by email or WhatsApp when the refund is processed.

It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your end.
If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us again at pmsnacks479@gmail.com.
Return Shipping (if applicable)
In rare cases where we ask you to send something back (e.g., for investigation), we will:

Provide a prepaid return shipping label

Give clear instructions on how and where to send the package
Do not send items back without prior authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
